All we need   to have the go-to garments in our closet. This is the everyday sweater you always grab  on the way out the door. It goes great with everything from your favorite jeans  to your summer long skirt. It’s super comfortable and soft, in fact it’s a pullover for every woman. One of those  go-to things have become essential woman’s wardrobe. It looks simple but very beautiful and feminine and also it’s simple to make.

A  significant advantage of this everyday sweater is its top-down design. With traditional  top down designs you do away all of that seaming and joining. When working top down, you can try your garment on and adjust it as you work. There is no seaming or tricky assembly, so  it’s a perfect repetitive pattern for when you want to do some simple textured  crochet.

Even if  you’re a beginner, this pattern will be easy for you. So welcome to the world  of making your own clothes. It’s nice here and I promise you like it.

about me      Welcome to my Crochet Studio. My name is Julia and I love yarn, color and designing. I picked up my first crochet hook at age 7 and haven't put it down since. The excitement of finding inspiration, working with yarn and crocheting something new is magical. I can't live without it and the process of creating crochet patterns is really my universe. I see inspiration everywhere and I love to inspire others.

My patterns are designed to be used friendly and simple to follow for every level of crocheter. I try to make patterns that are clear and comprehensive with a lot of pictures for the tricky parts. I'd like to give you possibility to improve your skills as you go through my patterns and to share my crochet experience. There's nothing better that sailing straight through a pattern and having the end result turn out just right! I hope you will like the patterns on my site and my handmade craft ideas.
